MLM sponsoring is among the most important aspects of network marketing. Since MLM is about building networks and nurturing these networks, you need to have what it takes to build relationships with people in a way that they find it so hard to break away from you. With your “why” motivating you, your chances of quitting is much slimmer. Once you created your “why”, you need to dedicate 20 minutes a day on personal development. Personal development can come from training videos, webinars, and books. By committing to at least 20 minutes a day on personal development, you will grow into a leader.
